Purchase Information

Tour purchases are processed entirely through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We do not collect or store your payment card details. We receive a confirmation of purchase from the relevant store to unlock your tour content.

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymised usage data such as which tours are started, completed, and downloaded. This helps us improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

Licence

When you purchase a tour, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access that tour's audio content on your registered device. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell tour content.

Purchases & Refunds

All tour purchases are processed through Google Play or the App Store. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective store. Ceylon Trails does not directly process refunds.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer

Ceylon Trails provides heritage information for educational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty regarding the completeness or accuracy of tour content. Always follow local rules and regulations at heritage sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double A² shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

The Ceylon Trails mobile app does not use cookies. The Ceylon Trails website (ceylon-trail.com) uses only essential cookies required for basic site functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
