This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data Ceylon Trails holds about you. For our full data practices, see the Privacy Policy.
How to Request Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the platform you use (iOS or Android) so we can locate your records.
- We will confirm and complete your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your device identifier and associated analytics records (tour visits, dwell time, narration playback data)
- Purchase transaction records linked to your device
What May Be Retained
- Aggregated, anonymised statistics that no longer identify your device may be retained indefinitely to help us improve tour content.
- Financial/transaction records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
